Mr. Dache is the Founder & President of the Government Blockchain Association (GBA). The GBA is a nonprofit organization that promotes the use of technology to solve challenges faced by governments. The GBA operates on seven continents with over 8,000 people in over 70 cities around the world. GBA Chapter locations include, Washington, London, Paris, Moscow, Tokyo, China, Singapore, Cameroon, and many other cities around the world. The GBA brings public and private organizations together to solve problems related to topics including, financial management, supply chain management, identity management, healthcare, baking, education, land titling and many others. The GBA also licenses training and certification for blockchain professionals all over the world.
Prior to starting and leading the GBA Mr. Dache spend the previous 15 years in the government technology field. As a CMMI High Maturity Lead Appraiser and trainer, Mr. Dache traveled around the globe helping government contractors improve performance by facilitating the advancement of engineering, management and governance processes.
Prior to that, Mr. Dache had a military career in the Army Reserve and National Guard as an infantry and intelligence officer. He currently lives in Fairfax, VA, volunteers through his church, is married to his best friend of 30 years and has five children.
