Miles Vaughn

Graduate of the Washington College of Law with a background in telecommunications policy and international trade law. My work focuses on FinTech regulatory compliance, e-commerce, international telecommunications policy, and data privacy/security. I have experience creating blockchain and distributed ledger architecture as a proof-of-concept using IBM’s Hyperledger Fabric. I hold both a CIPP/US and CIPP/E from the IAPP and have extensive experience with GDPR compliance, particularly within distributed networks.

I am conversationally fluent in Chinese and have received an advanced Chinese Language Certificate from Peking University.
